Jason Powell

Chief of Operations

Jason has worked in the IT
industry for over 19 years. Prior to
co-founding EAS, he worked for
Computer Sciences Corporation;
defining IT Strategies when serving
as a Principal Consultant within
their Systems Integration &
Consulting Division; executing IT
Strategies when serving as Chief
Architect within their major
multi-billion dollar outsource
accounts. These experiences have
given Jason a unique insight into how
and where Enterprise Architecture can
provide tangible benefits to the
customers of EAS.

Sarah Smith
|
|
Head of Business and
Information Architecture

Sarah has worked in both business
and IT for over 20 years. Prior to joining
EAS, Sarah worked at Egg where
responsibilities covered the
definition of the business
architecture and sales force
training. Her experience is mainly in
the Financial Services sector at
companies such as Prudential and her
responsibilities include Programme
Management and the definition of
business and applications
architectures. The breadth and depth
of Sarah’s experience gives her
a full appreciation of how a business
organisation can be aligned with IT
to support both current and future
needs.

Jonathan Carter
|
|
Head of Application and
Technical Architecture
|

|
Jonathan has worked in the IT
industry for over 19 years. Prior to
joining EAS, Jonathan was a senior
member of the Architecture Team at
the Unipart Group of Companies. He
was responsible for defining and
implementing IT strategies,
particularly in support of Enterprise
Integration. In addition, through the
implementation of supply chain
solutions with companies such as
Vodafone and Jaguar, he gained
business experience of the
automotive, mobile telecomms, defence
and health sectors. Throughout his
career, Jonathan has been responsible
for determining how best to apply
both established and emerging
technologies to support business
needs. Similarly, while Jonathan has
extensive experience of designing and
implementing large scale IT
infrastructure deployments, he has
also published articles and spoken at
conferences about his vision for the
use of higher-level application and
integration technologies.
